Need: A plan for addressing poverty.
Solution: Served as Deputy Executive Director of Mayor’s anti-poverty agency; establishing a city-wide (Temple University supported) strategic planning process to identify barriers, and design cost-effective solutions to unemployment, health, education, and other issues which impact the ability for citizens to achieve self-sufficiency.
